There are 12 Months In a Year.

If you dived them up you have at least 3 Months to always accomplish some minor goal that will build into your major goals. It is important that you have and idea of what you would like that goal to be or goals.

  • Month 1- What would you like to be accomplished in the first 30 days
  • Month 2 – What would you like to be accomplished in the first 30 days
  • Month 3 -What would you like to be accomplished in the first 30 days

What Are Some Actions That Must Be Taken To Achieve That Minor and Major Goals ?

Example for Diet – 1 Green Smoothie A Day

Example for fitness – 10 to 20 Push Ups Everyday

Example for Business – Talk to 5 New People A Day

Example for School – Study for 30 Minutes 3 Times A Day
